Project Overview

Originally designed as a corrugated metal culvert, Turner Construction and Rocky Mountain Excavating worked with JVA Consulting Engineers to provide an aesthetically pleasing precast concrete arch for the new 48-acre park.

Design Functionality

The structure carries the park’s drainage channel and a walkway under a bike and pedestrian path.
